Whiteboard Video Maker
Whiteboard Video Maker is a free, browser- and mobile-based application for creating hand-drawn whiteboard-style animation videos. You draw shapes, text, and images with sketch-style strokes, arrange them on a layered timeline, optionally add narration, and export the result as a WebM video or animated GIF — entirely in the browser, with no subscription and no watermark.

How it works, in one minute
- Open the editor and pick a board style (whiteboard, blackboard, glassboard, or greenscreen).
- Add elements with the drawing tools — pen, shapes, arrows, text, and images.
- Arrange them on the timeline and tune per-element keyframes and draw order.
- Optionally add narration (text-to-speech or your own recording) and audio.
- Export to WebM or GIF — the render happens in your browser.
Honest limits
So you know what to expect before you start:
- Export is WebM and animated GIF, not MP4. WebM plays in every modern browser and on most platforms; if you specifically need MP4 you would convert the WebM afterward with a separate tool.
- Rendering uses your device. Long, high-resolution projects take longer to encode on slower machines because there is no cloud render farm — that is the trade-off for being free and private.
- Text-to-speech voices come from your browser/OS. Available voices and quality vary by platform.
- Saving and cross-device sync require signing in. Signed-out work lives only in the current session.
